No, Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences does not offer a Pre-Master’s programme. Students from a University of Applied Sciences can apply directly for the Master’s programme. Check the application page for more information.

If you fail to meet the grade requirements you can indicate why you are still eligible for admission in your motivation letter. However, due to the high number of applications the grade requirements are met for nearly all accepted students.

Every year we accept several students with a University of Applied Sciences Bachelor's. But note that we request a slightly higher grade average for students from a University of Applied Sciences. You can check the entry requirements on our Admission & Application page. 

You can find the entry requirements for our programme on the application page. If you think you might be eligible, we warmly invite you to apply and hand in your complete file. Note that this is the only way we can check your eligibility - we do not run background checks over email.  

Exemptions are possible if you obtained your secondary school diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, USA or South Africa, or you obtained an  or  (taught in English).

It is not necessary to have passed the English test at the time of your application. The results can be submitted later. Please inform us of the test you will take and the date when you will take the test in your Osiris Online Application. 

Generally, your test results are valid for 2 years from the test date.

No, Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences is a fulltime programme.

We do not offer double degree programmes in which you can combine programmes.
