Faculty Club - Asparagus Dinner
On Tuesday 20 May, in collaboration with Future Food Utrecht, we will organise a culinary Asparagus dinner. During the dinner, enjoy a delicious four-course menu with amuse and matching wines and learn more about the background of this vegetable. Between courses, researchers from Future Food Utrecht will tell us more about the importance of biodiversity and the benefit of variety on the plate. We will also be taken into the wonderful world of asparagus cutting.
It promises to be an interactive and very tasty evening in the Faculty Club. Come along and discover the fascinating world of asparagus!

The cost for the Asparagus Dinner, four-course menu including amuse and matching drinks, is EUR 67.50 per person.
