I am a social psychologist with research interests in social identity, political behavior, and precarious work.
In my research, I focus on disadvantaged groups in society: the psychological mechanisms of job insecurity among precariously employed workers or the reasons why disadvantaged groups in society do, but often do not engage in collective action.
As an assistant professor at the department of Social, Health, and Organizational psychology, I am involved in teaching various courses within the domain of Organizational Psychology, as well as supervision of bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 theses.
