Michèlle van Wijk MSc
PhD Candidate

Michèlle van Wijk studied Work and Organizational Psychology (2014-2017) and graduated cum laude from the master's Strategic Human Resource Management (2018-2019), both at Utrecht University. From December 2019, she is associated as a PhD candidate at the Utrecht School of Governance (USG) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ). In her PhD research, she focuses on the development of the HR transition since 2015 at BZ and its effect on the realization of HR and organizational performance.
