Hans is a Public Administration scholar that conducts research in governmental organizations on collaboration, change and organizational dynamics. He has a background in complex systems thinking and leadership in complex issues. He has considerable experience with qualitative (action)research and advice. At the moment he focuses on political and administrative leadership in the climate crisis.
