Geertje Agricola works as an educational consultant at the Center for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT). She offers advice and guidance to teachers on innovating and strengthening their education.
In this position, she is directly involved in the CAT's educational innovation process: working together with teachers to achieve sustainable educational innovation within the 乐鱼后台. One of her focus areas is evaluating educational innovations in terms of their didactical added value for education.
She is also Secretary for the Utrecht Education Incentive Fund (USO). The USO focuses on stimulating educational innovation and promoting the professionalization of teachers by honoring projects at the faculty and interfaculty level.
CAT
The Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning is the central place for teachers at Utrecht University for expertise development and knowledge sharing. It unites all partners and programmes working within the university on continuous improvement of teaching. Lecturers can go there for information, knowledge sharing, support and training aimed at their own development and the renewal of their teaching. The Centre focuses on three pillars that all contribute to educational improvement: teacher development, teaching innovation and educational scholarship.
