Xingxing Fu is a PhD candidate in the Department of Human Geography and Spatial Planning at Utrecht University. Her research interests lie in travel behaviour and transport equity. Her current research focuses on identifying and analysing different patterns of using transport modes. With a specific focus on multimodal travel patterns, her research investigates the travel contexts of multimodality, how individuals experience multimodal travel, and how multimodal travellers change their mode use over time.
