USG closed during summer due to essential maintenance

USBO gebouw

From May to mid-August 2018 essential maintenance and repairs will be carried out on the Utrecht University School of Governance building at Bijlhouwerstraat 6. This will have serious consquences, also for visitors, since the building will be closed during this period. The temporary work facility for employees will be located at Janskerkhof 12, and possibly also at the Boothstraat 6. Teaching rooms will be made available in the 乐鱼后台 building on the Isra毛lslaan 118 (and at other locations in the city centre if needed). The maintenance and repairs at Bijlhouwerstraat 6 consist of major works on the roof of the building, double glazing windows, painting works, repairs of the window frames, energy-efficient lighting, and new floor coverings, etc.

Essential maintenance

To limit the inconvenience during our teaching activities, maintenance is scheduled to take place from May to Mid-August 2018. This maintenance work can unfortunately not be postponed. We therefore kindly ask for your patience and understanding for this situation.

Further detailed information will follow during the coming months. We will organize meetings to inform employees and students about the consequences of the maintenance and temporary relocation of the facilities. Visitors will find more information on this website.
