Researchers from the EU-funded project FINDHR are organizing a free course on AI in Recruitment, exploring advantages and risks. This includes potential biases and discrimination. It is a course with academics from leading European universities, together with experts from three NGO's (AlgorithmWatch, Praksis, and Wide+) and from the industry (Randstad, Adevinta and ETICAS) 

In collaboration with the Future of Work, FINDHR is organizing a free in-depth course this summer for researchers, product managers, HR employees, activists, and other professionals who want to know more about fair use of AI in recruitment.  Is is a free couyrsFrom Utrecht University, Dr. Marianna Capasso is involved.
