AI-based modelling of antibody鈭抋ntigen complexes from sequence

Antibody-antigen complex modelling is an important step in computational workflows for therapeutic antibody design. Recent advances in AI-driven protein modelling have enabled accurate prediction of both antibody and antigen structures. In this publication, following an information-driven scenario using the HADDOCK software, the authors present a computationally cheap protocol that can generate accurate models of antibody-antigen complexes with reduced sampling.
