A Year of Change for Future Food Utrecht
2025 marks an exciting new chapter for Future Food Utrecht!
After 3.5 inspiring years as Managing Director, I am passing the baton to Prescilla Jeurink, who will officially take over as Manager on March 1.
Working for Future Food has been an absolute pleasure, and I鈥檓 deeply grateful to all the inspiring colleagues and partners I鈥檝e worked with along the way. Your energy, collaboration, and dedication to shaping a sustainable food future have made this journey unforgettable.
While I鈥檓 moving on to a new role outside of Utrecht University, I have full confidence that Prescilla will bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a wealth of expertise to our community. She has been a passionate Future Food ambassador for years, actively working on projects at the intersection of sustainable and healthy food. Her experience and connections will surely help guide the next phase of our programme.

Change is also happening within the Future Food Board! We are saying goodbye to Arjan Stegeman, Carlijn Kamphuis, and Anna Gerbrandy, whose contributions over the years have been invaluable鈥攖hank you for everything!
